What details are most important or how to pull the overall look into an experience that fits their style. And most of all find the time to manage each component. 

 

Our mission is to extract your style and be by your side throughout it all so your experience with us allows you to immerse yourself in your day and get lost in the details.

 

Full-Service Wedding Planning – Starting at $6900

The full-service wedding package is perfect for the out of town bride, with a busy schedule, but still wants to handcraft everything for their wedding.  As your planner, we can help you avoid many mistakes that first time planners (aka brides) make.  We will guide you through the planning by reviewing and setting deadlines for decisions, give you plenty of choices, and track your budget.  This package allows you to make the decisions, but it lets us do the legwork for you.

 

Venue Selection:

 

Finding a venue is one of the hardest parts of the entire planning process? We’re here to source the perfect venue for your wedding; working with your style, vision and budget.

 

Vendor Selection:

 

  • Vendor recommendations; organize booking and contracts on your behalf.

  • Work side by side with suppliers to make dreams become reality.

  • Assistance with venue layout for day-of; Detailed management to ensure placement of vendors are accurate.

 

Logistics:

 

  • Unlimited correspondence via e-mail/phone (8 hours of in person meetings and consultations).

  • Pre-wedding timeline put into place for final timeline to run smooth.  This timeline will be forwarded to all vendors two weeks prior wedding day.

  • A key tool we use for communication besides e-mails/phone calls, is Planning Pod to keep everything organized in one place.

  • Floor plans are developed closer to the wedding day as we have defined who is coming to celebrate your best day!

  • Detailed questionnaire to ask you all the right questions so that the important information is all in one place and addressed with plenty of time to correct or implement as needed.

Design & Décor:

 

  • Initial consultation to listen to your vision to create the perfect ambiance for your wedding day.

  • Table design, Pinterest board, and mood boards.

  • Budget management for your desired look, feel and theme.

  • Collaborate with our preferred vendors for rental, flower & décor companies.

  • Assistance with ordering large rental items such as tables, chairs, tents, etc.

  • Custom cake design.

  • Full management of the décor items for rehearsal & wedding day.

  • Complete set-up and tear down of all décor and design elements.

Custom Stationary:

 

Collaborate with our graphic designer who specializes in creating invitations, programs, seating charts & name cards.

 

Guest Management:

 

Manage guest accommodations, transportation arrangements, itineraries for family and wedding party and welcome bags.

 

Planning Tools:

 

Wedding planning workbook.

Diagrams of ceremony and reception.

Event order and venue map.

Emergency kit.

 

Rehearsal:

 

  • Management of your rehearsal on a day of your choosing, up to 2-hour rehearsal with wedding party and family to coordinate positions, timing, etc.

  • Delivery of any décor items to the venue.

 

How your wedding day will unfold:

 

  • 12 hours on site for day (assistant depending on guest attendance/décor set up).

  • While you are getting pampered with hair and make up, our team will touch base to reassure you are going to have the best day ever!

  • Confirm that bouquets/boutonnieres have been dropped off.

  • Manage the timeline for the day so all runs smoothly and in a timely order.

  • Scheduling, implementing and taking care of all setup of ceremony and reception.

  • Communication and coordination with any rental or décor companies needed.

  • Styling of all wedding accessories/décor according to plan.

  • Greet and direct guests to ceremony and reception areas.

  • Meet with officiant and musicians before ceremony begins.

  • Organization of processional line-up and walking cues; coordinate with bridal party that they are ready to walk the walk!

  • Assist with the transition of moving rooms for cocktail hour/passed apples.

  • Coordinate with your MC during cocktail reception to ensure they are good to go and assist if needed.

  • Ensure that the caterer is ready for dinner and guests can start to be seated.

  • Assist with guests finding their seats via seating chart.

  • Remove any décor from dinner and coordinate with vendors for pickup of remaining items.

  • Make prior arrangements regarding wedding gifts/cards. Distribute final payments-gratuities to vendors on wedding day.

  • Ensure you have transportation back to your hotel for your guests & wedding party at the end of the night.

  • Confirm that you had the best night ever and you get to dance the night away with your new partner for life!

Partial Planning - starting at $4500

 

For those who want freedom but feel they might best benefit receiving some experience insight and support. You can tap into our knowledge, tools, and connections but keep the wedding planning investment down. The service includes unlimited vendor referrals, a customized planning checklist (which you will love when things start to get busy), 10 hours of planning support (which can be used as you choose), unlimited phone or email, and our wedding day management service.

 

Logistics (Step by step planning tools):

 

  • Starting from the first initial consultation, we will gather information about your budget, style, vision, etc. to maximize the success of your wedding.

  • Unlimited correspondence via e-mail/phone (8 hours of in person meetings and consultation).

  • Assistance with ordering large rental items such as tables chairs, tents, etc.

Wedding Coordination - starting at $2650

 

Wedding Day Preparation:

 

  • An initial consultation to review planning and logistics for your dream day.

  • Six-week takeover prior to your big day.

  • Have access to our step by step planning tools for clear communication and organization.

  • Unlimited e-mails and phone calls within 6 weeks prior to wedding day.

  • Access to list of preferred vendors (the ones who we believe are the best of best!)

  • Assistance with venue layout/décor placement.

  • Site visit a week prior to the wedding day to review space, décor, logistics, etc.

  • Any final contracts or payments to review.

  • Send out a final timeline 2 weeks prior to the wedding day to all vendors and bride.

Wedding Rehearsal:

 

  • Management of your rehearsal on a day of your choosing

  • 2-hour rehearsal with wedding party and family to coordinate positions, timing, etc.

  • Drop off any décor items that the couple may have to wedding venue that they rented from Empress.

Wedding Day:
